No, Jewels Of Marga cannot process orders or payments via phone.

Easy ways to keep your jewelry at its shiny best:
Avoid exposure to any chemicals or strong products, such as perfume and cosmetic products.
Remove your jewelry when bathing or swimming. Avoid contact with chlorine, sand and saltwater.
Take them off before doing any exercise or physical activity to keep them away from extra knocks and sweat.
Do not wear them while sleeping to avoid accidental damage.
Store them in a clean, dry and cool place. Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Showering, bathing or swimming in pools, hot tubs, hot springs and the ocean

Intense exercising at the gym
Using lotion, hair products, fragrances and other cosmetics
Keep your jewelry away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
Blot dry and shine your silver with our polishing cloth. This will remove the tarnish and restore shine.
Storing sterling silver in the pouch provided with your purchase will help prevent tarnish.
If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area, whether it is a closed box or a flannel roll. Avoid contact with rubber bands or other rubber products. The sulfur in rubber causes tarnishing and corrosion.
Polishing silver is done to remove tarnish and shine silver pieces and should only be done a few times in the lifetime of a piece because every time silver is polished, metal is removed from the piece.
All shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
If you wish to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible by contacting our customer service and we’ll do as much as we can. An address change could be applied any time before your order has shipped. Please contact us directly at info@jewelsofmarga.com with your order number in the subject line.
Yes, we offer gift cards for US orders. You may click on Gift Card to purchase a gift card for a loved one. Gift Card product is not supported for Non-US orders.

For USA and Canada Orders:
Duties are included. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
Other international shipments
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that Jewels of Marga does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Foreign Transaction Fees
Jewels of Marga does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Jewels of Marga. As we’re based in the U.S.A, banks in other countries may consider us a “foreign company” and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

Only our 18k solid gold jewels can be worn in water and won’t tarnish. Acidic and abrasive products should be avoided. For our gold plated collection, we recommend you avoid water, please see our jewelry care section to learn more on how to care for your jewelry.
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you change your mind, you can request a return we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by the courier service
We want you to love it, and to live in it! Repairs, resizing or just a touch up… we got you covered (Additional fees may apply). Once your jewelry is accepted for repair, you can check the status of your repair by contacting customer service
We do offer free shipping on occasions, outside of this; buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. The items must be shipped back in its original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping for both ways (to us and from us) on Exchanges and Repairs.
We do not provide engraving services after the fact for pieces that have already been shipped or purchased within our stores.

Gold Plated Jewelry
All our gold plated jewels come with a year’s warranty from the date of your order’s delivery which will cover any defects in craftsmanship.

Semi-precious stones may vary slightly in shade, as a result of their natural origin.
