Receive your purchase without leaving the comfort of your home. Your order will be shipped directly to your door. All deliveries are tracked, for your protection, some deliveries must be signed for, regardless of any signature waiver on file.
All orders for delivery outside of the U.S. will be sent by courier and will require a signature on delivery.
Delivery times are for in stock products only, including engraved products. Order preparation time can vary according to peak season like Black Friday or Christmas. Personalized jewels have a specific preparation time, which is indicated during the purchase process.
Please be aware that USA public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. When placing your order the expected delivery date will be clearly shown during the checkout process.
Your order will be dispatched 2 – 3 business days after receiving your order’s confirmation email.
Business days are Monday‐Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Customers can obtain their UPS®/USPS tracking number via email once their item has been packaged and is ready for shipment.
Sales tax & engraving fees do not count toward the total amount.

Shipments to non-European Union countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees.In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you change your mind, you can request a return we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification.
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange only if eligible: to be eligilble
Returns must benew, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount.
Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. All returns will be go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged.
