Refund Policy:

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you change your mind, you can request a return we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification.

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange only if eligible: to be eligilble

Returns must benew, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount.
Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. All returns will be go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. (Tangled, scratched etc.) If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.

Some Items Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged including

  • All personalized, name, initial styles and any custom orders are FINAL SALE *This includes items that have a single initial.
  • Sale merchandise, any item where a discount has been given, final sale products, etc. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

STEP 1: To request a return.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

STEP 2: Before you send the return, please ensure the item is in the original packaging and in a shipping box *Sending in an envelope may damage the item and we will not be able to accept the return.

STEP 3: Print out your return label and ship the item back to us

STEP 4: Allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed, once processed you will be notified via email

Jewels Of Marga is not responsible for return items damaged in the mail or lost if shipped on your own.

Exchange Policy:
